ooc: I see I haven’t been taken off the masterlist, which is fantastic. I’ll be back soon.

Celes looked out the window of the inn and saw an unfamiliar red figure standing outside. The sight sent a chill up her spine, but she had to wonder if this person were truly real. For the past few days, she had often seen Leo or Cid out of the corner of her eye, and it was like they were watching her. She believed that the woman she saw was a mirage as well.

The town seemed largely lifeless upon inspection, though Rosso occasionally caught the movement down other streets. Not so easy to get away with murder here, then, in a town so small that everyone knew everyone and cries could so easily be heard. Unless Rosso could lure someone away…

A face was watching her out of an upper floor window. The building had a sign which, though unconventional to Rosso’s Edge expectations, clearly showed the place to be an inn. Rosso smirked at the women, licked her lips, and walked on to explore.

This was new, Rosso thought; whether it was good or bad, Rosso did not yet know. No matter, anyhow. The situation could be changed to suit her own needs. Rosso knew how to fight for herself.

A small town, seemingly uninhabited, was in front of her. It was unfamiliar to her, and largely unlike Edge. Not that she had seen any of the world outside of Edge, of course. Perhaps this was an outer town.

Her wounds seemed to have healed. Well, it must have been some sort of afterlife. Rosso was surprised one existed, but not scared of the thought. The town was her obvious next stop. Holding her blades firmly in hand, she sauntered in that direction.
